![]() step two: download Adobe air if you haven’t already step one: update your amp firmware if you haven’t already Now it works as it should and is amazing. Update: I erased everything off my computer and started fresh. I should add I also downloaded Adobe air as well. But would prefer it working on my Mac desktop where all my audio programs are. Might try it on my windows 10 laptop that I have for my dj setup. But I have the mk2 versions so I don’t know where to go from here. Can’t find any answers other then people downloading the mk1 versions and finding a fix by downloading the mk2 versions. ![]() My amp is recognized in Ableton and I was able to manually instal the firmware update so my usb cable seems to be fine. Erased both the driver and the app and downloaded it again. Downloaded the driver and app from the mk2 section for my operating system on my Mac (10.3.6) didn’t download the mk1 version by mistake like most people that had the easy fix of downloading the correct mk2 versions. I updated the firmware manually on the amp to where the lights match to show me that it’s on the latest firmware.
